Processing Time All products at Shepherd Snuggles Co. are made to order with love. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Lost or Damaged Orders We want you to love every product you receive. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your store email within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
